The Champagne Bouché family winery has been producing wines for over a hundred years. And the 2005 vintage is one of their gems. It has an intense aroma of candied fruit, honey, and freshly baked bread. The winemakers let it mature on the lees for six years and combined two noble varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The result is a champagne with fine bubbles and a long, luxurious finish.
