Vintage wine from the Champagne Bouché winery

Warning: Once you’ve tasted Champagne from the Champagne Bouché family winery, you won’t want any other kind.

100 years ago, Abel Bouché established a winery right in the famous Champagne region. His painstaking work was taken up by his son, grandson, and now his great-grandson, Nicolas Bouché. It’s Nicolas who today oversees the production of genuine Champagne made from the cherished Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grape varieties. More…

Refreshing, delicate wines are produced here thanks to the winery growing grapes in harmony with nature. The Bouché family uses less fertilizer, they plant trees in their vineyards, and they put their wine into bottles that are made only 10 kilometers away. And, as with every Champagne, you have to wait. First, it matures in a tank, and then for at least 4 years in its bottles. Some of the wine additionally ages in oak casks.

Taste genuine Champagne in its crystal clear form. Discover, for example, the excellent Cuvée Saphir, the flagship of the Champagne house Champagne Bouché.
