Mature, full and yet unexpectedly fresh. This wine from 2007 is simply….surprising. Apricots, honey, soft vanilla and a lightly toasted tone reminiscent of biscuits.
The smell? It’s mature but lively. The taste? Full, firm and beautifully layered. It will surprise you with its freshness. You wouldn’t guess its age. After gentle pressing, the wine fermented in oak barrels and then matured in them for a year.
The result? Color that’s intensely gold with a green tint. It will develop fully in your mouth, complex and with a pleasant freshness. After so many years? Still so much joy. Still full of surprises.
Behind all this is Weingut Neustifter. A family winery. Already the fourth generation which knows exactly all the secrets of the trade. There’s respect for nature and a humble approach to work on the vineyards. The direction has been clear since the 30’s of the last century. Healthy soil and patient maturing processes. It will convince you with the first sip.
