An exceptional red wine that appeals to you with its rich, dark crimson color with an orange glow. It acquired these appealing hues during the 30 days of maceration that also lent it such a full and distinctive taste.

The Nebbiolo grapes used to make this wine ripened on sunny hillsides near the famous village of Barolo. There, the winemakers harvested their grapes by hand and processed them using methods handed down from generation to generation. The wine matures for 2 years in a wooden barrel and then for another half year in a tank so that it will reach you when it has achieved its fullest flavor.

You’ll enjoy a slightly sweet scent of oak, the taste of candied fruit, and traces of vanilla. The full taste of ripe cherries and lingering tannins will dance on your palate.

Bite into a piece of mature cheese, or wild game, and you’ll experience fireworks of flavor.

Or archive this dry red wine and you’ll get to enjoy an even more developed taste and aroma. Wines from the Italian Bric Cenciurio winery have enormous potential for further maturation.
