A golden, creamy, elegant sparkling wine
This is a juicy, balanced, fresh wine with a looong finish and entertainingly bitter moments. The 2017 Espumoso will win you over as soon as it sparkles in your glass.
You’ll be fascinated by its golden color with greenish sparkles. Delicate bubbles slooowly travel up the sides of the glass.
The scent transforms. For a moment you’ll smell citruses, melon and jasmine. Then, herbs and sweet tones take over. Finally, you’ll discover the smell of yeast, brioche, and cookies.

Slow crafting according to family tradition
Only 11 500 bottles of the white sparkling wine were produced in 2017. And the winemakers really weren’t in a hurry to get them.
They harvested their grapes of the traditional Macabeo variety. They pressed them whole at a temperature of 10 ˚C and then let them ferment slowly at 18 ˚C. Thanks to their extra care, this archival wine is smooth and has a fascinating structure.
