100 years of excellent Champagne
Superb wines have been created at Champagne Bouché for centuries. To this day, production is overseen by members of the Bouché family. These exceptional bottles were also created under their supervision.
As soon as we tasted wine from Champagne Bouché, it was clear to us. This is Champagne in its purest form.
Cuvée Saphir enchants connoisseurs
“That wine has a punch,” said our founder, the sommelier Jan Pánek, after he tasted it. “It combines maturity and freshness, juiciness and individuality.”
The Champagne Cuvée Saphir is a perfect combination of Chardonnay (75 %), Pinot Noir (20 %), and Pinot Meunier (5 %). It matures for 10 long years in its bottle before leaving the winery.
That’s why it’s already so charming to look at today. Its saturated yellow color and delicate bubbles stand out. The scent of candied fruit, butter pastries, and honey is carried to your nose. And its rich taste delights your tongue.
The Bouché family of winemakers is rightfully proud of their Saphir. Taste their family treasure.
