Champagne Bouché Cuvée Saphir – dry white wine

Cuvée Saphir Champagne is the treasure of the Bouché winery. A significant portion of it is represented by the Chardonnay variety (75 %), which is complemented by Pinot Noir (20 %) and Pinot Meunier (5 %). The finishing touch is provided by a dosage liqueur that matured for 18 months in oak barrels.

Saphir will enchant you with its distinctive yellow color and aroma of candied fruit, butter pastry, and honey. Its rich taste and full body with an aromatic finish ensure pleasure in your mouth.

Champagne Bouché Rosé – dry rosé wine

The charming and delicate rosé comprises Pinot Noir (50 %) and Chardonnay (40 %) accompanied by Pinot Meunier (10 %). You’ll be impressed by its less prominent acidity and more rounded impression, as well as the scent of red fruit and wild strawberries. Its pinkish color and fresh bubbles will please everyone who loves Champagnes with a clean taste and balanced structure.

Champagne Bouché Cuvée Réservée – dry white wine

Réservée is used for Champagne wines that mature on yeast lees for at least 3 years. This one actually rested for more than 4 years, and it was rewarded with a rich taste. It’s made from a balanced ratio of Chardonnay (40 %), Pinot Noir (30 %), and Pinot Meunier (30 %).
