How has the taste of Bordeaux transformed between the 2001 and 2017 vintages? Soon your own taste buds will find out. This journey through time is delicious.

You’ll become familiar with the dry red wines that make Bordeaux famous. Our sommelier Jan Pánek personally selected the 6 best vintages of this region’s dry red Médoc wine. Get ready for a flood of ruby red color, the scent of currants and woody tones, and a full, unbelievably harmonious taste.

The 6 archival wines in this tasting set were produced in our favorite Château Saint-Hilaire winery. Each grape was hand-picked by the winemakers there, they process the varieties separately, and only blend them after 12 months of maturation in barrique casks. This is why their archival wines are so unforgettable.

Enjoy tastings with friends. Or give the wines some time – they’ll reward you for archiving.
