When Adrien Uijttewaal arrived in Bordeaux at 18 years of age, he fell in love. He knew he wanted to live right there, and raise livestock and produce ruby red wine.

To create each of them, the winemakers hand-picked grapes and left them to mature for 12 months in oak barrels.
