The Soleil Chardonnay comes from Weißer Berg, one of the highest hills in Poysdorf. The grapes on these hills get plenty of sunshine ripening into perfection. Under the skillful hands of winemakers they get plenty of time and care to keep their fruitiness. The wine is light and crisp thanks to patiently maturing for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
