Champagne Bouché Cuvée Réservée blends a balanced ratio of Chardonnay (40 %), Pinot Noir (30 %), and Pinot Meunier (30 %). It rested on its lees for 4 years, and was rewarded with a rich taste.
Gently sparkling in the glass and on the tongue. It’s mature, but also fresh. It’s gently lightened by its acidity, which makes it pleasant to drink at noon with lunch as well as in the evening as a toast. It has charmed both connoisseurs and beginners who are just starting to discover the world of Champagne.
