The taste of authentic Champagne has a strength in this dry wine that is hard to find in any other. That’s thanks to the absence of added sugar and the balanced combination of two grape varieties. Pinot Noir represents 80 % and Pinot Meunier 20 %.
Champagne Blanc de Noirs rested for 6 years on its lees, and some of it even matured in oak casks. This is how a noble Champagne wine with a light yellow color and very delicate bubbles was created. Fruit with a subtle hint of salt will appeal to you in its aroma. And then when you taste it you’ll enjoy its distinctive minerality, naturalness, and rich finish.
