The winemakers from the André Brunel family winery harvested grapes from two separate vineyards. Grapes of the Roussanne variety, which gives the wine elegance and a strong bouquet ripened in the first one. And on the second one, they harvested Grenache Blanc grapes, from which it inherited energy and structure. Harvesters picked the grapes by hand in the early hours of the morning so they wouldn’t be exposed to harsh sunlight.
