The winemakers here pick their grapes by hand. Then they make two selections – first the best grapes, and then the berries. The entire maceration and fermentation process takes place with strict monitoring of temperature and moisture. The wines mature in oak barrels imported from France, Central Europe, and North America.
And then each bottle waits a loooong time for its moment of glory. The youngest wines they sell have matured in the archive for 17 years. Now they’re at the peak of their flavor and aroma.
