The skilled hands of the winemakers at Château Saint-Hilaire process the grapes with patience and care. Then, they allow the wine a well-deserved rest: 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, which are regularly renewed to ensure the wood imparts only the best qualities to the wine.
All this patience paid off. The result? An excellent wine that’s very drinkable and boasts plenty of French charm. The Cru Bourgeois Supérieur designation confirms this.
