The vineyards lie just a stone-throw away from the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The same clay soil. The same sun. And the hands of the skilled winemakers collect grape after grape with the same respect for nature.
How is it made here? Simply. Picked by hand, sorted right in the vineyard, no extra yeast and then carefully monitored maturation temperature. In barrels and tanks. That’s enough to make it perfect.
Your nose will be tickled by a fruity, fresh and playful aroma. The first sip spells a full and concentrated taste. At the same time it’s so light and ever so easy to drink.
Dry but with a natural soft sweetness of the ripe grapes. And then….you swallow and taste the silky tannins, balance and the very very long and lingering aftertaste.
