You, too, should try the “world-class wines with the soul of southern Moravia” which continue in the 200-year-old winemaking tradition of Svatobořice-Mistřín. For this gift tasting set we’ve selected the Pálava vintages of 2019, 2020 and 2021. Just like we have, you’ll also recognize the best that the southern Moravian sun can bring forth. Look forward to spicy acidity, massive flavor, and a tangy aroma of yellow tea roses.

2019 Pálava selected grapes, Dufek winery (white semi-sweet wine)

A fresh white wine that took home gold and silver medals from Texas, Paris and New York. The unusually rich bouquet for a semi-dry wine enchants in every glass. You’ll perceive vineyard peaches and yellow tea roses.

“We can say with certainty that it belongs among our top wines. Every year it scores points both in international and domestic competitions,” Dufek says about its Pálava 2019.

2020 Pálava selected grapes, Dufek winery (white semi-dry wine)

This pleasant white wine scored points in both Texas and San Francisco. You’ll also give it high marks for its lightness and aromatic scent. Just like its older siblings it also carries the legacy of the grapes that Pálava was created from: Mülleru Thurgau and Gewürztraminer. Thanks to them, it smells of fruit and flowers and surprises tasters with a flavor that’s fresh but at the same time opulent.

An archival white wine that reflects its unique terroir. Its opulent, yet light flavor with spicy acidity mingles with the scent of roses and wild peaches. This wine won 5 gold medals in international competitions.
