These guys are way more deserving than just 5 stars. Their customer service is absolute top notch. Top. Notch. I initially had two questions to ask and both were answered promptly via e-mail. The wine was delivered with zero issues at all. Even with going through the customs process there were zero hiccups in the delivery and I was kept up to date through the whole process. I honestly can’t remember when I’ve ordered something from overseas and the entire process was as flawless as this one. Moving forward all my wine will be bought from here.

I'm blown away! On December 2nd I ordered the wine with engraving and on December 3rd I already have it at home. The lady on the phone was incredibly pleasant.
The wine looks luxurious, the box looks luxurious and even with a message - a wonderful gift for parents. I won't taste the wine, but as a person who gives gifts, I'm satisfied.

I bought this wine for my son for Christmas, so I haven't opened it yet. I chose it because of the 1983 date, which is his birthday. The wine arrived in good time and was packaged quite well. I am sure it will be delicious. Also, the process of ordering was smooth. I would purchase from Via Tempia again.

The selection was great and organized well. My shipping was free. I don’t know if it is always free. I was actually amazed at how quickly the wine was delivered. I also selected the wooden gift box with a message on it that I customized. Again, a great option to have, especially if you might be having the wine delivered directly to the recipient, rather than yourself. That’s what I did. I will be recommending ViaTempia to anyone interested in wine, especially hard to find vintages.

Order placed after 9:30 PM, the next morning after 9 AM the box was already engraved, packed with wine and ready for pickup by courier. The packaging was good, safe, bottles packed separately, they also deliver in a Z-box. I believe that the birthday boy who prefers dry red wines will be pleased.

The service I received from Via Tempia was incredible! From the ease of ordering on their website and acknowledgement of their provenance, and care. This is the second purchase I made with Via Tempia and I noticed the correct bottle was selected and shipped immediately as it must have been in stock already.
This company makes me feel important and appreciated as their customer and I enjoyed doing business with them. I like that they communicate very well with me about where my wine is throughout the shipping process which is very important to me since the wine I purchase must ship across the Atlantic Ocean. I bought wine as a wedding anniversary gift. I chose a wine from a specific vintage. After receiving the package, the wine looked different than the photo I'd seen when I bought it. I emailed them and immediately received a reply apologizing for the mistake and offering compensation, allowing me to choose another wine from the same vintage for a higher price without paying extra. I had the new wine at my place the next day, so I managed to give the gift on time. The service was very polite; I was pleasantly surprised by their response to the mistake. I highly recommend them! I will definitely buy wine again.

Shipping was very timely and easy to track! Wine arrived in one piece. Bottle was a little bit dirtier than expected, but overall the experience was seamless. We haven’t drank the wine yet, but we did order the special wine opener for older bottles, so hopefully we do not break the cork when we do open it up.

Our experience purchasing archival wine from Via Tempia was 100% perfect! The selection of wines was extensive, the website was easy to navigate, the prices all very reasonable. In terms of our purchase, shipping was free and FAST! We had the wine within days. In terms of the packaging, the presentation options were beautiful. With a beautiful wooden box, burn-in engraving, and a special note that we dictated was done-up as a scroll and included in the box. We are thrilled. Good selection of older wines. The website said shipping was free above $150, my order was above this, but I was still charged a shipping fee. When I wrote asking about it, no one seemed to care. More frustratingly, they put the wrong name on the shipment. When I pointed this out they asked me to contact the courier myself. Courier confirmed (as I told Via Tempia) that only the account holder who sent the shipment can change the details. Once I pointed this out I was told they would try, and then never heard anything back. The wine did arrive as advertised, but the customer service in getting there was disappointing.

We bought a 1963 Chianti Riserva Badia and Coltibuono as a gift. We were quite worried, after all, the wine is only 60 years old, it's not just that anymore. Fortunately no worries as the wine was absolutely superb and the longer we drank it the better it got.

I decided to get my father-in-law a wine from the year he was born, so I chose this company's 1969. The bottle looked beautiful, but only until we opened it. Spoiled wine, obviously improperly stored for a long time, so wasted money and a spoiled evening.

I ordered an archive wine from 1972 for my dad, who was born on a leap year, so this year (2020) was his real birthday.
The wine came wrapped in bubble wrap and the box was marked as a fragile item, and the wine also came with a gift bag with the e-shop logo.
I was satisfied with the e-shop.
