Vintage wine from the Grotta del Ninfeo winery

The winemakers from the Mezzane valley. Luca, Alice and their three daughters. Here, just a stone throw from Verona, the Fraccaroli family have been writing the story of grand red wines. From three varieties that have grown in the Verona region since ancient times. Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. In vineyards selected for their location, age and soil.

The grapes are picked by hand, with respect for tradition. The best ones are left to dry slowly according to the old local tradition of appassimento. Then they undergo a long maturation in oak barrels.
